We are looking for an experienced Family Support Worker. This role involves providing high-level, intensive support to children, young people, and families through direct work programmes and innovative methods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to children, young people, and families using creative, innovative methods to address complex issues.

- Deliver tailored interventions to help families improve relationships, parenting, and overall family functioning.

- Collaborate with social workers, schools, and other agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to family support.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work with families, ensuring clear communication with partner agencies.

- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to identify the needs and progress of the families being supported.

Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 in Child Care or equivalent in a related field.

- Knowledge and experience of implementing evidence-based models of practice in response to identified concerns, aimed at supporting and maintaining family function and stability.

- Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to deliver the best outcome for families
