Family Time Support Worker (Supervised Contact)

We are currently looking for a dedicated Family Time Support Worker to join our team in Knowsley. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating supervised contact between children and their families, ensuring that these interactions are safe, supportive, and constructive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support family contact sessions for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Provide detailed observations and reports on family interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and other professionals.
- Support families in understanding and improving their relationships with their children.
- Adhere to safeguarding protocols and report any concerns as appropriate.
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in a social care or support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of safeguarding practices and the ability to manage challenging situations.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting families in need.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
