We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a two-form entry primary school in Westminster. This role will focus on supporting children across Key Stage 1 (KS1) with an emphasis on phonics.
About the role- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in KS1, focusing on phonics intervention
- Assist the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering phonics-based activities
- Support children with specific learning needs, helping to create an inclusive and nurturing environment
- Monitor and track individual student progress, providing feedback to the teacher
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student confidence and independence

To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:
- Experience supporting students in a primary school setting, particularly in phonics
- A relevant qualification such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable, but not essential)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous experience supporting children in a primary school setting, ideally within KS1
