Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students with high additional needs and vulnerable children, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with high additional needs and vulnerable children.
Assist in the planning and delivery of individual education plans (IEPs).
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Support students in both group and one-to-one settings.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.
Help with classroom management and organization.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with high additional needs and vulnerable backgrounds is essential.
A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable.
