We provide exceptional care for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs in a supported living environment. We pride ourselves on working closely with both individuals and their families to develop personalised support plans that make a real difference in people's lives.We are currently looking to recruit dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who share our core values and have the skills to support those in need.Our homes are based across:LiverpoolWirralWest ChesterWe currently offer full-time permanent contracts, and we have some bank staff contracts available.The services do require drivers. Due to the Mobility Car Insurance, we can only accept drivers with a full UK/EU driving licence with NO endorsement and penalty points - we cannot accept international or provisional licences.We welcome candidates without previous experience to apply for the Support Worker role, as we are dedicated to providing the training and guidance needed to help you thrive in your career with us. We are looking for candidates who are compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those with complex needs.ResponsibilitiesDaily responsibilities may include supporting individuals to develop independent living skills at home, such as cleaning, cooking, personal care, laundry, budgeting, and meal planning. You'll also assist with managing appointments related to health and housing needs, as well as administering medication when required. Additionally, you'll encourage and support individuals to engage with the community and participate in activities they enjoy, promoting their independence and well-being.Benefits
