Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting students with SEND, ensuring they have the assistance they need to succeed in various schools throughout Liverpool. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with teachers to create engaging, inclusive lessons.
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Offering emotional and behavioural support to students.
  • Working closely with staff to implement Educational Health Care Plans.
  • Encouraging and motivating students to reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For:

To be considered for this role, you should bring:

  • A passion for working with children and young people with SEND.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential.
  • An Enhanced Child/Child and Adult Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply).
  • A complete CV detailing your educational and work history.
