Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting students with SEND, ensuring they have the assistance they need to succeed in various schools throughout Liverpool. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with teachers to create engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Offering emotional and behavioural support to students.
- Working closely with staff to implement Educational Health Care Plans.
- Encouraging and motivating students to reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For:
To be considered for this role, you should bring:
- A passion for working with children and young people with SEND.
- Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential.
- An Enhanced Child/Child and Adult Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply).
- A complete CV detailing your educational and work history.
