Youth Support Worker – Liverpool

Milk Education are partnered with a lovely school in Liverpool to help them find a proactive and dedicated Youth Worker to support their pupils in 2025.

This vibrant school supports a diverse community of children and young people. The school are seeking a Youth Support Worker who can assist students both in and outside of the classroom, supporting in academic work and providing emotional guidance and support.

The ideal Youth Support Worker will be confident doing the following:

• Supporting children with complex needs.

• Support with all aspects of personal care.

• Supporting the safety and wellbeing of the children while on site.

• Encourage the children to engage in practical play.

• Have previous history supporting children/adults with sensory or physical difficulties.
