Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Liverpool City Council's Fostering - Kinship team. This is a full time role offering a fantastic pay rate of 36 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with potential foster carers and connected persons from enquiry through to assessment and approval.
  • Completing robust viability, Form F, and Special Guardianship Order (SGO) assessments.
  • Supporting kinship carers and families to ensure positive, permanent outcomes for children.
  • Participating in recruitment campaigns, community outreach, and information sessions.
  • Presenting cases to fostering panels and contributing to permanency planning.

Requirements:

  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
  • Social Work England registered
  • Enhanced DBS

Experience:

  • Children
