As a Social and Emotional Support Worker, you will :

Provide tailored social and emotional support to students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
Help students manage their emotions, develop coping strategies, and engage with learning.
Work closely with teachers and staff to implement personalized support plans.

As a Social and Emotional Support Worker, you will have:

Experience in working with students with SEMH needs or in a similar role.
A calm, empathetic, and patient approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
