We have a new opportunity for a Pensions Administrator to join our clients team based in Liverpool City Centre. This is an opportunity for you to take the next step in your pensions administration career, where you can build on your technical knowledge with plenty of opportunity to self-develop and progress.

Whilst the office is based in Liverpool City Centre, this role will offer the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week.

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities

  • Responsible for administration throughout the department, being efficient and accurate throughout
  • Contacting customers via written and verbal correspondence, making the process as smooth as possible
  • Working within the set regulations and always meeting SLA and KPI's
  • Data entry following GDPR regulations and professionally act while interacting with financial institutions
  • Responding to private clients and financial counter-parties via email as well as via phone ensuring a clear and distinctive procedure of the financial movement
  • Working with multiple systems and managing a large amount of financial transactions
  • Assistance with ad hoc and scheduled and performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Operate on financial assets, stocks and shares with peculiar attention to detail

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Previous experience within a pensions admin role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Drive and ability to plan, prioritise and manage workloads
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures in a compliant manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and confident telephone manner
