We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for the role of Roofer with a Roofers Mate . The successful candidate will service properties across the Liverpool Location.
You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.
Roofer's Rate 19 p/h CIS and Roofer's Mate 15 P/h Umbrella
A successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience within social housing and working with the public.
- Have Full Clean Driving Licence
- Have NVQ or equivalent in Roofing.
- Renew slates and tiles etc
- Renew Felt and Batten
- Pointing
- Lead work
- Repair flat roofs
What you'll be completing:
- Reactive maintenance on existing properties across Manchester
- Driving a company van that is provided.
- Using a PDA system
