We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Neighbourhood Manager on a FTC for a minimum of 9 months in Liverpool on behalf of an established housing association.

Your new role

  • Assisting with the management of the Neighbourhoods team to deliver high-quality housing management services including performance management
  • Dealing with employee related issues such as inductions, training, sickness, absence, grievance and disciplinary
  • Assisting with audits, reviews and creation/delivery of neighbourhood plans, strategies, policies and procedures
  • Working closely with internal colleagues & stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of housing & tenancy management services
  • Encouraging and leading on effective resident involvement and fostering excellent customer relationships

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of managing a high-performing team to deliver against KPIs and excellent customer service
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and facilitating excellent relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners
  • Good knowledge of housing management, technical services, housing law and best practice relating to neighbourhood/tenancy management
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong, personal leadership style that fosters confidence in staff, residents and stakeholders
