We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Merseyside, who are recruiting for a Neighbourhood Team Leader on a 11 month fixed term contract. The salary pays £42,100 per annum with a £2,000 car allowance.

The position is due to start asap, as it is covering an imminent departure due to maternity leave.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing staff in a Social Housing setting and must hold a Driving License and have full access to a vehicle every day.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing daily housing functions including lettings, rent collection, voids, and tenancy matters
  • Managing and supervising 3 staff to ensure effective service delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with partner organisations
  • Providing ongoing administrative support and guidance to affiliated groups
  • Preparing reports and documentation for member committee meetings
  • Attending both daytime and evening meetings with member organisations and stakeholders

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
