We are seeking an experienced Social Housing professional in Liverpool on a temporary basis until at least the end of January 2025, on a 35 hour per week contract with hourly rates up to £19 per hour. Your new role

  • Overseeing day-to-day housing management within the scheme and maintaining a positive environment for resident engagement
  • Morning check ins via Tun
  • Periodic health & safety checks including fire doors, alarms and legionella
  • Void management and assisting with logging & chasing repairs
  • Low level ASB management
  • Basic support with benefits, signposting where appropriate
  • Updating and reviewing risk assessments
  • Responding to general queries from customers, family members or stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Housing/tenancy management experience within a similar role or social housing setting
  • Good understanding of housing & tenancy management principles and relevant legislation
  • Experience of building management, compliance requirements and relevant knowledge of health & safety policies and risks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT skills
