- Hours 37.5 per week / M-F, 9-5 (1 FTE)
- Salary £40,000 FTE + annual salary increase of between 1-3%
- PRP based on net growth (after 6-month probation period)
- On call rota (with OOH pay of £150 per week on-call)
- Annual leave 28 days FTE plus birthday off / plus length of service increases of additional 4 days.

- Varied role: Supervising Social Workers are involved in carer training delivery, carer support forums/events, children’s events and activities, recruitment fairs and events, form f assessments etc. (a TOIL approach is used for any event work held during evenings or weekends).
