Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and supervising foster carers to ensure they have the guidance and resources needed to thrive
- Conducting assessments, preparing reports, and maintaining detailed records
- Attending relevant meetings and reviews to monitor and support children and young people's progress
- Collaborating with colleagues across the service to deliver effective and timely responses to the needs of foster carers and families
