Social Work Team Manager, £45ph, Quality Assurance, Children’s Services, LiverpoolPertemps are recruiting for qualified and experienced Social Workers with experience in a Team Manager and/or Practice Improvement/QA role within statutory children’s social work setting, to join Liverpool’s Children’s QA Team.This role does not have any line management responsibility but does require an ability to work as part of a QA team, work with Social Care teams and also autonomously, demonstrating an ability to use initiative and experience to deliver a positive Quality Assurance system. There is a requirement to work on site a minimum of 3 days a week, in order to build trusting relationships with teams, so that quality assurance becomes embedded as part of a positive and supportive culture of improvement. Liverpool is currently adopting the Family Safeguarding Model and would be particularly keen to welcome applications from practitioners experienced in this model. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborative auditing
  • Facilitating live audits
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Producing high quality reports and action plans
  • Delivering bite-sized learning opportunities and supporting the “Care, Inspire, Thrive Children’s Workforce Academy”
