Children's Social Worker - Academy Lead

Location: Liverpool

Rate: £46

3 Days per week in Liverpool on site.Our Practice Academy are recruiting to a new role - Children's Workforce Academy Lead, the candidate will be an experienced and registered Children's Social Worker, and a Practice Educator.They will have strong experience in Children's Service, having previously managed and supervised Social Workers. They will have good understanding in workforce development and training.They will be motivated, inspired and creative in their working approach and have the passion to drive the Academy forward.The role will support the Head of Service of Workforce Development and Learning including the following:> Supporting and leading Workforce Development from a practice perspective across Children's Services> Provide leadership to all Practice Development Officers and Workforce Coordinators in the team> Recruit, induct and train team members> Develop and deliver robust training programmes across the workforce i.e. ASYE / Apprenticeships / Step-up's> Coordinate, plan, design and evaluate training opportunities for all learnersPlease get in touch for a discreet chat if you think this might be the role for you!
