Responsibilities of this role:
- Provide targeted interventions to families to prevent escalation of concerns and reduce the risk of escalation to statutory children's services.
- The role is focused on early intervention and there is no completion of s.17 assessments or s.47 investigation
- Completion of Early Help Assessments and direct work.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
- Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience working as a Qualified social worker
