Our Client, Liverpool City Council, is seeking a Children’s Social Worker to join their Early Help Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Provide targeted interventions to families to prevent escalation of concerns and reduce the risk of escalation to statutory children's services.
  • The role is focused on early intervention and there is no completion of s.17 assessments or s.47 investigation
  • Completion of Early Help Assessments and direct work.

Requirements of this role:

  • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
  • Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience working as a Qualified social worker
