Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, mostly based in the office.

We are looking for a qualified Social Worker with 3 years plus post qualifying experience.

It is essential that the successful candidate has previously worked in front door of Children's Services in MASH.

You must have a calm and organised approach, be able to analyse risk, and make clear-cut decisions for the safety and welfare of our children and young people.

You must have excellent professional relationships skills with multi-agencies/partners, and be a strong team player.

Ashberry Recruitment would ask that applicants meet the following:

  • DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
  • Social Work England registration
  • Enhanced and in date DBS certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to make good decisions based on information available.
  • Can work alone and within/contribute to a team/multi-agency set ups
  • Possess knowledge of service needs.
  • Competent IT skills and be able to navigate electronic file/recording systems.
  • Can write clear, concise, and robust assessment/reports/files.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and working hours when the need arises
