Excellent engagement and direct working skills with children and young people is essential as well. Care and placement planning and minimising risk with a methodical organised approach, ensuring long term improved outcomes. Ensuring stable placements appropriate for individual needs.We have a stable, permanent team manager and service manager group, you will be supported in your practice by your manager and receive regular reflective supervision.
