Consultant Social Worker, £42ph, Early Help, LiverpoolPertemps is recruiting 2x experienced Consultant Social Workers to contribute to practice improvement within Liverpool's Early Help Hubs. This role is pivotal in promoting high-quality, impactful services focused on children's lived experiences.Role Responsibilities:

Conduct audits of casework completed by Outreach Family Support Workers and Early Help Social Workers.
Evaluate the quality, impact, and alignment of practice with the needs of children and families.
Provide individualised feedback to staff to support learning and professional development.
Collate thematic findings and present audit reports to enhance service-wide practice improvement.

Requirements:

Proven and extensive experience in social work, with a strong background in early help or related services.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and evaluate casework effectively.
Excellent communication skills to provide constructive feedback and contribute to professional development.
Commitment to driving improvement in children’s services and promoting positive outcomes for families.
SWE registered
