Job Description:

A Team Manager is required for Liverpool Early Help Service. Team Managers are an integral part of the Early Help Service, responsible for oversight of the work completed in the Early Help Hubs as well as supporting the implementation of various grant funded projects and pilots. The role involves overseeing Early Help referrals received at the front door and providing managerial oversight to cases triaged by Early Help social worker. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing staff, experience in overseeing level of need decisions in relation to case work and experience of the triage and allocation of referrals.
