18 Recruitment is seeking experienced Groundworkers for a permanent position with a social housing client in Liverpool and surrounding areas.
Candidates must have experience in day-to-day ground work repairs, including fencing, paving, and other domestic groundworks.
The role requires recent social housing experience and comfort with using technology, as a PDA will be utilized.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, and includes a company van and fuel card.
The salary for this position is £31,000.00 per year.

18 Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Groundworkers for our social housing client covering Liverpool and surrounding areas reactive maintenance

Groundworker candidates must have experience with carrying out day to day ground work repairs, as well as experience in:

Fencing
Paving
Other domestic groundworks as required

This is a permanent position working Monday - Friday, role comes with company van and Fuel Card.

Recent Social housing experience is essential

For this role you must be comfortable with using technology as part of the role as you will be expected to use a PDA.

Pay: 31,000.00 per year
