Responsabilities :

  • Assess and evaluate the needs of children with disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Coordinate services and resources with other professionals.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of children with disabilities.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to children and their families.
  • Monitor and review the progress of care plans.
  • Facilitate access to educational and recreational opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Educate families about available services and benefits.
  • Promote inclusion and integration within the community.
