Responsabilities :
- Assess and evaluate the needs of children with disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Coordinate services and resources with other professionals.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of children with disabilities.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to children and their families.
- Monitor and review the progress of care plans.
- Facilitate access to educational and recreational opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Educate families about available services and benefits.
- Promote inclusion and integration within the community.
