Sefton Council is seeking experienced Social Worker to join their LAC Team for a competitive hourly rate of £35. Key Responsibilities:* Assess and support families in achieving permanent, safe homes for children. * Conduct thorough assessments and create individualised plans. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure child well-being. * Provide emotional support and guidance to families.
