Position: Part-Time Temporary Admin Support Worker
Contract: 12 months initially
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (25 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: 11.44 per hour

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an organised, motivated Administrative Support Worker to support a Senior Probation Officer with their admin duties. The successful applicant will need to be pro-active in their approach and able to prioritise their workload. Duties will include diary management, inbox management, inputting sensitive data onto probation systems as well as additional ADHOC duties to ensure a consistent level of support is offered to the Senior Probation officer. Training will be provided on internal systems. Excellent communication and IT skills are required for this post.

Requirements:

  • Able to follow well established processes and detailed instructions.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
