- Support and mentor learners, including newly qualified social workers, apprentices, and Step-Up programme participants.
- Develop and deliver bespoke learner programmes to support Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
- Design and deliver high-quality training sessions rooted in your expertise in children’s legislation, case management, and frameworks.
- Supervise and mentor social care workforce members and support our Practice Educators.
- Promote good practice across the organization, conduct audits, and collaborate with the Quality Assurance Service.
- Qualified and registered children’s social worker with significant experience.
- Practice Educator qualification and experience in leading Newly Qualified Social Worker (ASYE) programmes.
- Strong background in training design and delivery, with a focus on CPD.
- Proven expertise in supervision, mentoring, and quality assurance.
- Ideally, prior experience as a Practice Development Officer.
- Expectation to work on-site at least three days per week (diary-dependent). Candidates must be local to the Liverpool area or willing to commute.
