Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Sefton Council's Children with Disabilities Team. This is a full time role, offering an amazing pay rate of £35 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete children and family assessments for children with complex disabilities and health care needs.
  • Present the needs of families to disability resource panel to secure packages of care.
  • Review packages of care.
  • Manage CIN plans, CP plans and CFC plans.
  • Chair CIN meetings and Core Group Meetings.
  • Attending strategy meetings and completing section 47 enquiries.
  • Undertaking statutory visits to children and families and completing direct work.
  • Undertaking Capacity assessments and DOLs assessments.
  • Court work.
  • Take part in the team duty rota and respond to any crisis.

Requirements:

  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Social Work England registered
