Responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload of service users with long-term mental health conditions
- Assess and manage risks effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for service users
- Provide casework supervision to other team members
- Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and stakeholders to develop effective care plans
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar mental health social work role
- Degree/Diploma in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England
- Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Safeguarding, and Mental Health Act
- Experience managing a complex caseload and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
