Senior Early Help Worker, SeftonPay rate £26.97 per hourVitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Senior Early Help Worker in the Immediate Response Team in the Sefton authority.Job Role and Responsibilities: - Your role to develop and deliver a coherent service for children, young people (0 –19), their families and adults which engages, empowers and enables residents to take ownership of their own solutions and develop resilience.Responsible for the management and development of an allocated staff team.Deliver high quality interventions that safeguard, promote the welfare and manage the risk of vulnerable children, young people, their families and adults and which addresses their needs. Develop effective case management to reduce demand for multiple and complex service delivery. Using Sefton’s liquid logic system and recoding of Early Help plans.Provide quality assurance support as agreed by the management team e.g. peer QA audits for reports. Ensure QA framework is central to all practice.Support and develop key themes of activity within the Offer to continuously improve outcomes residents.The role of the Senior worker is key to the success of the Family Wellbeing offer.Manage cases stepped down from multiple and complex and ensure proactive de-escalation back into universal services.Be accountable for decision making in relation to caseloads and plans.Please contact Molly Rylance on or email for more information.We recruit across all areas of Qualified Social Work.
