- Lead and manage a team of Personal Advisors supporting care-experienced young people.
- Ensure service delivery meets statutory obligations and supports young people in achieving positive outcomes.
- Oversee resource allocation and decision-making for operational matters.
- Develop and implement best practice models to improve service quality and effectiveness.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development for team members.
- Work in partnership with multi-agency teams, local services, and stakeholders to ensure seamless support for care leavers.
- Monitor and evaluate performance, outcomes, and service effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.
- Previous management experience within a Leaving Care, Children’s Social Care, or Personal Advisors Team.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, policies, and best practices related to care-experienced young people.
- Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and service development.
- Ability to make key decisions in relation to service delivery and operational matters.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
