Experienced Team Manager required to manage team of Social Workers within Permanence (Children Looked After / Children in Care)

ESSENTIAL Must have LAC/CIC previous Team Manager experience

Duties include;Managing busy team of qualified social workers with an inclusive approachDelivery of regular reflective supervisionCase decision making and oversight, promoting stable placement and positive long-term change and minimising risksManagement of team's performance, case audits and continuous improvement to achieve best outcomes and promote good practiceExcellent partnership agency relationships with strong communication skills

Initial 3 month placement to cover long-term sickness

Must be able to commit to at least 3 days per week in the office on varying days and live within commutable distance to Liverpool
