What you will do:

• Manage a complex and varied caseload with appropriate supervision, identifying risk levels and needs in often multifaceted situations.
• Craft high-quality assessments and create tailored support plans that resonate with the needs of vulnerable individuals.
• Prepare written statements and representations for court hearings, navigating legislative frameworks with confidence.
• Conduct safeguarding investigations and deliver protective services, maintaining updated assessments and reviews.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams, communicating effectively and attending multidisciplinary forums.
• Support the professional development of social work students, ensuring their growth through mentorship and assessment.
• Manage data responsibly, ensuring information is collected, used, and stored accurately and ethically.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in statutory Adult’s Social Care Service
• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Current registration with HCPC
• Satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
