This role is part of a large Government Digital Transformation programme and is Inside of IR35. Government experience is a bonus.Essential Criteria:

  • Java 11+ & Spring
  • Development of microservices
  • JPA / Hibernate
  • RESTful APIs / OpenAPI 3+
  • CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins
  • PostgreSQL
  • Experience of working within technical development teams working in an agile environment
  • Good understanding of the principles of writing clean code
  • Ability to review user stories and to participate in review and sizing
  • Experience in large agile programmes, ideally including public sector
  • Wide experience of automated test tools for Unit testing
  • Git, Docker and a good understanding of development pipelines
