JOB – Control Systems EngineerLOCATION – Liverpool TERM – Permanent SALARY – circa £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experienceA UK based manufacturing company are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.The Control Systems Engineerwill ideally have the following attributes:
  • HNC or equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience designing & developing software.
  • Good PLC, HMI & SCADA knowledge & experience – ideally Siemens.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
  • Design & development of PLC, HMI & SCADA softwares & systems.
  • Lead & co-ordinate installation & maintenance activities to ensure requirements are met at all times.
  • Providing training & support to junior engineers when required.
  • Liaising with customers & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
  • Ensuring health & safety regulations are being met at all time.
