Responsibilities include designing software, leading installations, training junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

HNC or an equivalent Electrical engineering qualification
Minimum 3 years’ experience designing & developing software
Good PLC, HMI & SCADA knowledge & experience – ideally Siemens but others will be considered
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team

The Control Systems Engineer role will involve:

Designing & developing PLC, HMI & SCADA software & systems
Leading & co-ordinating installation & maintenance
Providing training & support to junior engineers when required
Liaising with customers & other departments to ensure requirements are being met
Ensuring health & safety regulations are being adhered to
