I’m excited to share an opportunity with my client, an environmentally focused consultancy in the North-West, currently growing their team. They’re looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Developer to support and guide their development team of 7.
This is more than just a coding role - you’ll help shape and define key business activities in one of the most important global sectors. You’ll also have the chance to mentor and inspire the team, fostering a culture of inclusion while making key technical decisions that drive impactful projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, supporting their growth and fostering collaboration.
- Define and scope out business activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Drive technical strategy, guiding the team’s use of cutting-edge tools and frameworks.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact, sustainable software solutions.
