We are working with an established company based in Liverpool, who are in search of a Lead .Net Developer to join their team. If you have strong experience in .NET, C#, TDD, Azure, and familiar with Agile methodologies with a forward-thinking attitude, this could be the role for you!

The Lead .Net Developer role:
As a Lead .Net Developer, you'll be at the heart of delivering impactful software solutions, collaborating with the Head of Development and other leads to architect systems that meet client needs and align with their vision.
As a key player, you'll mentor your team, foster collaboration, and stay at the forefront of advancements like generative AI, exploring ways to integrate cutting-edge technologies into impactful solutions. Strong communication skills and a passion for innovation are essential to succeed in this role.
Lead .NET Developer - Essential Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Expertise in C# and .NET, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including performance optimization.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor Agile teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Strategic thinker, passionate about leveraging emerging technologies like AI to drive innovation
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on with Azure services (e.g., Function Apps, Service Bus) for resilient cloud solutions.
