They're a people-focused team that values respect, hard work, and giving back through various charitable and social events.

The Role:
As a Software Developer, you'll play an integral role in designing and building internal and customer-facing systems. With C# and .NET at the core of their tech stack, you'll have the chance to work on exciting projects like the redevelopment of their internal platform (built with Blazor), while shaping the future of car buying technology. They follow modern CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to maintain the highest quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with your team, helping to push the boundaries of innovation while mentoring junior developers and building your expertise.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with C# and .NET
- Strong proficiency in SQL, particularly with SQL Server
- A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement

Desirable (but not required):
- Experience with Continuous Deployment (CD), automated builds, IaC, and testing
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Function Apps, Service Bus)

What's on offer:
- Hybrid working model - two days in our Liverpool office (Mondays & Tuesdays)
- Competitive salary package
- Annual performance-based bonus
- Professional development and training budget
- Private health insurance
- Pension scheme
- Cycle-to-work program
