Software Engineer - Scada, WinCC, PLC 

£55,000 - £65,000 

Liverpool (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office) 

Reed have partnered with a Manufacturing company looking to for an experienced engineer that can join their team and hit the ground running. You will be involved in an extremely rewarding project as part of an organisation that has an extremely important impact on the pharmaceuticals industry. 

Please note you must have full eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship, and also be willing to travel internationally to client sites. 

What will your day look like: 

• Installing new control systems that interface between engineering and IT systems. 
• Contribute to the programming of Scada systems in WinCC. 
• Work closely with the wider business and communicate clearly with key stakeholders. 

What skills will you need: 

• Experience working with Scada systems and WinCC. 
• Working knowledge of Siemens 7 PLCs. 
• Experience in a manufacturing environment. 
• Demonstrable experience writing software for machines from scratch.
