Randstad Education is partnering with specialist schools in Liverpool to provide essential support for children with various Special Educational Needs. We are looking for passionate, confident, and patient 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our team immediately. This term-time role offers a chance to be part of a committed team, with potential for a permanent position within the school. You will work closely with students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to children and young people with a range of SEN, including Autism and ADHD.
  • Act as a confident, creative, and resilient behavior mentor, building positive relationships with students.
  • Ideally, have prior experience working with SEN pupils in school settings.
  • Exhibit patience, passion, and professionalism.
  • Assist in delivering lessons across different classes.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons using the P Scales curriculum.
  • Build meaningful learning relationships with SEN pupils.
  • Support students with various needs, including MLD, PMLD, SLD, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Be available for an immediate start.
