Randstad Education is working with a primary school in Kirkby to recruit a organised and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Y6 who is Neurodiverse. This term-time role offers the chance to make a real difference, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to a child with ADHD within the Y6 class and also support other children within the classroom.
  • Act as a positive role model, building strong and supportive relationships with students.
  • Work with the class teacher to support lesson delivery within the Y6 classroom
  • Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • UK school experience is essential to be considered for this role.
