Learning Support Assistant (LSA)Location: Liverpool

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our team in the Liverpool area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people by providing tailored support to help them thrive in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with students, providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to their individual needs.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in accessing the curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help to monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude to support learning in a variety of ways.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not mandatory.
