About the Role:

Are you a passionate sports coach looking to bring your skills into a classroom setting? We are seeking a dynamic individual with a background in sports coaching to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students both academically and in extracurricular activities, making a real difference in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with their day-to-day learning in the classroom.
Utilise coaching techniques to motivate and engage students, fostering teamwork and confidence.
Assist with behaviour management and provide structured guidance to students needing additional support.

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience as a sports coach or working with children and young people.
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build positive relationships with students.
A proactive and patient approach to supporting children with a range of needs.
A passion for education and helping young people achieve their potential.

Eligibility Requirements:

Right to Work in the UK.
An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to process a new application.
References relating to work with children or young people.
