This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs. About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties Assist in implementing tailored learning plans and strategies to support student progress Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure individual student needs are met Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Assist with behaviour management and social development, helping students build confidence and independence What Were Looking For Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting A compassionate and patient approach to supporting childrens learning and well-being Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals A proactive and adaptable attitude to meet the diverse needs of students To be Eligible for this Role, You Must Have the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to apply for one) Provide two professional child-related references Have up-to-date safeguarding training (training available if needed) Why Join Us?
