Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Crosby, Liverpool Position: Full-Time SEN TA Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Long-term Temporary Hours: 8:30 am 3:30 pm About the Role: Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are currently recruiting for a committed SEN TA to support students with additional needs in a welcoming school in Crosby, Liverpool. This is a rewarding role where you will help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Your Role Will Include: Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum. Assisting the class teacher with adapting lessons and classroom activities. Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Encouraging independence and positive learning experiences. Working closely with the SENDCO and external professionals to implement individual learning plans.

What Were Looking For: Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a school setting. A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach. Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with students and staff. A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification) is desirable but not essential.

Requirements to Apply: Right to Work in the UK. Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply for one). Two professional child-related references. Up-to-date Safeguarding training (preferred, but training can be provided).
