Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school community in Crosby. This role requires 1:1 support for children with SEN needs, including those with ADHD and Autism, and the ability to adapt to various classroom and outdoor settings. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support to SEN children. Facilitate learning inside and outside the classroom. Support children with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff. Experience and Qualifications: A Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is preferred. Proven experience with SEN children in a UK school or similar setting. Knowledge of safeguarding practices (training can be provided). Resilience and adaptability to meet the needs of students.
