As an SEN TA, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with additional learning needs.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions.
Promote positive behaviour and support students in managing their emotions.

Requirements:
We are looking for an SEN TA who has:
Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
A proactive approach and the ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
Eligibility:
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Two professional references covering at least the last two years.
