Your new schoolHays Recruitment are proud to be supporting a single-from entry primary school in South Liverpool that is easily accessible via public transport as they are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable teaching assistant to support in their newly expanded SEN unit. This warm and welcoming Primary school offer fantastic support and already have a great network of TA's in place.Your new roleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, your job is to enhance and enrich the learning of the pupils in your care.You will be required to effectively manage the behaviour of pupils, implementing effective strategies to keep them focused in class. You will also be expected to work alongside the class teacher in planning classroom and outdoor activities, ensuring that they suit the needs of individual pupils.
